Meet Norma!
Norma is an artificial intelligence-based robot advisor that supports the complementation of company policies and legislations (e.g. regulations, laws) with interpretative information, semantic searchability, and development of applications executable by IT tools (so-called expert dialogues).
Expert dialogues can follow the protocols of human expertise and consulting process, and assist / partially replace the work of experts, resulting in significant workload reduction. The system can explain and justify every step of the automated consulting process by pointing out the relevant text in the policy.
